Thank you for your purchase. Every item in our store is made to order specifically for you. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Why We Make Everything to Order

We produce every item individually at the time your order is placed, rather than stocking pre-made inventory. This approach allows us to offer a wide variety of unique designs without the
limitations of traditional retail, keep our catalog fresh and flexible, and eliminate the waste that comes with mass-producing items in bulk. It also means that every piece is crafted with your specific order in mind — made for you, not pulled from a shelf.

Because production begins as soon as your order is submitted, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once an order is placed. This is also why our return policy is structured the way it is — each item is uniquely produced for the individual customer and cannot be restocked or resold. 

Our Commitment to You

We stand behind the quality of
every product we sell. If something goes wrong on our end — whether that means
a production error, shipping damage, or a manufacturing defect — we will make
it right. Your satisfaction with the product you ordered is our priority.

When We Will Provide a Replacement or Refund

We will gladly offer a replacement item or a full refund in the following circumstances:

1. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered — such as the wrong design, wrong color, wrong size (due to a fulfillment error on our part), or a completely different product — we will correct the order at no cost to you.

2. Damaged Item

If your item arrives visibly damaged — such as a torn garment, broken packaging, or damage sustained during shipping — we will replace the item or issue a refund.

3. Defective Item

If your item has a manufacturing or print defect — such as a misaligned print, faded or missing ink, unraveling seams, or other quality issues that fall below our standards — we will replace the item or issue a refund.

What We Do Not Accept

Because all of our products are made to order at the time of purchase, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse. Buyer’s remorse refers to a change of heart or dissatisfaction that occurs after a purchase has been made, unrelated to any error or defect on our part.

Examples of buyer’s remorse include, but are not limited to:

  • Changing your mind about the design, color, or style after placing your order
  • Deciding you no longer want the item after it has been produced or shipped
  • Ordering the wrong size due to not consulting our size guide prior to purchase
  • Feeling the item does not match your personal taste or expectations based on subjective preference, rather than an objective flaw in the product
  • Gifting the item to someone who does not like or want it

We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, size charts, design previews, and any available product photos before completing a purchase. Once an order is submitted, production begins promptly and we are unable to cancel, modify, or accept returns for the reasons listed above.

Incorrect Shipping Address

We are not responsible for orders that are lost, undelivered, or delivered to the wrong location due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout. We will not issue a replacement or refund in these cases.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete before submitting an order. Once an order is placed, production begins immediately and we are often unable to make address changes. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist, though we cannot guarantee that a correction can be made in time.

How to Report an Issue

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to report an incorrect, damaged, or defective item. Reports submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

To submit a claim, please contact our support team and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos clearly showing the problem (required for damaged or defective items)

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will process a replacement shipment or refund within a reasonable timeframe. We reserve the right to request additional information if needed to verify the claim.
